How quickly can I receive my files after recording?
Anything recorded in our studio will be available immediately on-site!
Projects that require additional editing are typically delivered within 72 hours, unless communicated otherwise in advance.
Will my podcast require editing?
We ensure that the "live cut" of each podcast we deliver is professional and dynamic, and will wow the vast majority of clients on its own.
But for those who don't settle for anything less than perfection, we offer additional editing services that include polishing, motion graphics, animations, and more!
Do I need a guest to record a podcast?
The only thing you need to record is an idea. Whether you're flying solo or recording with guests, you're more than welcome! We do have a typical capacity of 5 on a single set at a time, but if you have a special request, we're happy to do our best to accomodate with advance notice.
How much does it cost to record?
The cost of our services varies based on factors such as how many episodes you're booking, any special customization, and which pre-production/editing/marketing services we provide.
We believe in tailoring our pricing to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a personalized and exceptional experience that fits your budget!
Our main studio starts at $500 for a half-day (with an engineer/producer included), with a $150 hourly charge thereafter. The shortest possible time slot would be 2 hours at $300.
Costs can vary for additional services such as editing, marketing, posting, etc.
Will I receive all audio and video files separately?
We typically deliver a single "pre-cut" video and audio file per episode, but are capable of recording all cameras/microphones separately for further editing! We can provide the footage or raw audio upon request (cost may vary due to file sizes).
Do I need to bring anything with me?
All you need to bring is your best!
We do ask that you bring an external hard drive to transfer raw footage/audio if you would like immediate access to your files on-site, otherwise the footage will be uploaded to Google Drive after recording.
What happens if we need to cancel a booking?
We totally understand that things happen outside of our control. If we receive over 48 hours of notice for a cancellation, we will offer a full refund. If we receive a cancellation less than 48 hours before a scheduled shoot, we will offer a 50% refund. We are unable to refund anything cancelled under 24 hours before booking.
Can you help to post & promote our podcast?
Absolutely! We have a team of editors and social media professionals that are able to provide content, hosting, and accelerated growth at just about any budget.
